Here are a few pics of my Tulipwood PAX... as requested in another thread (didn't want to hijack that thread).  It shoots as good as it looks too.  I've also included a pic of the Tulipwood headstock overlay that I put on one of the banjos that I built a few years ago.

Yes... I like Tulipwood!

Enjoy.

I dont see no banjo. All I see is a sweet bear collection along the wall.    ;)
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying,
"Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?"
And I said, "Here am I. Send me!" Isaiah 6:8

Thanks for pointing that out Zmonster...  I also used an actual Magnus two-blade broadhead for the trussrod cover on that banjo... therefore it is a "traditional archery banjo".

Doug - Specs of PAX: 62", 52# @ 28.5".  I bought it second hand.  It is sweeeet!

I'd like to see the music you hunt with that banjo.   :knothead:

I have seen a bow with Tulipwood limbs veneers with a Ebony riser and it was stunning!

The contrast was amazing!  Very similar to the effect the BW has above.

Very nice bow! I too have a PSAX with tulipwood limbs thats one of my favorites. I see that you have riser inserts on your bow, what quiver do you use on it? Glen

I have seen PAX in tulipwood before. Not easy to forget.

GMASIUK - I bought the bow second hand... inserts were installed for the original owner.  I do not use a bow quiver... never have.  I like the concept, but don't like the way that bow quivers disturb the balance of my bows.
