Their I was it was 9 degrees out,I had a quiver full of freshly sharpened Magnus I's on some Twig poplar shafts that made up. My old Browning wasp at my hand, I never hunted much with it and almost sold it but I decided to keep it just to have and shoot it was the first trad bow I ever got and was newly determined to gwt a deer with it. Started out by getting winded by a doe who came in where they never come in directly to the NE of me. I thought yeah great way to start this one out well about an hour later I saw 2 deer coming then 3 then 5 then I all of a sudden had 2 button bucks and 8 does at 12yds. Their were to many eyes I couldent draw finally I had one singled out the closest she was alone and I wouldent risk hitting another deer on the shot.Well as another doe was making her way in evry head turned that direction (directly away from me to the north) and I picked a spot drew and released "The poplar shaft flew as if it had eyes" pinringed her diden't go 50yds. had to track both halves with the Magnus I. My buddy Morgan Anderson and I cut a meat pole, hauled her out of their, and gutted her a little ways from the stand. Glad I diden't sell that one now.

thaks all, Wannabe1 are those arrows simple enough for your build along, I like em like that. I had to dig that one out of a root of a poplar tree, poplar shaft stuck in a poplar tree root ironic huh?

Nice bow, and nice deer, Levi! Very classy! Congratulations! But, what's with your signature? Neck shots are not recommended when bowhunting, and are even risky with a rifle.

Ben Kleinig, It's something I say JOKINGLY to my gun huntin buddies because I've only shot 2 deer with a gun when I was 10 and 12 and I shot them both in the neck and they dropped on the spot but I don't gun hunt much at all unless on a deer drive for a younger buddy of mine or something.

Thanks to all, and to all in advance!
