I just wanted to say thank you to Big Jim and company for their customer service! I had placed an order with them for some heads the other day and when they got here there was a little problem so I called the company and it was handled quickly and professionally. Today I got box in the mail, inside were my heads. A hand written apology and one of Big Jims short brimmed hats. Needless to say the note and hat were unnecessary but greatly appreciated! If anyone ever needs to do business with Big Jim then you are going to be dealing with a stand up guy! I will definitely do business with them again! Thank you Big Jim and Debbie!

Big Jim's service is second to none!  I've ordered quite a bit from him and will continue to do so for 95% of my archery gear.  If he ever get's that other 5% of the stuff I need then I'll get it from him too.   ;)

I can send out a similar story in that I had an order that didn't ship as ordered and got the same OUTSTANDING treatment. Big Jim is TOPS    when it comes to his prices, equipment, and customer service. It's really great to know that he, along with several other Sponsors and vendors here at TG are so great to deal with. Thank you Magnus for bringing this up again   :clapper:  .

I am also very pleased with his service on my Thunderchild order and all the changes and advice i need for it.
But that said, i never had any problems with any Tradgang members ive dealt with.

I am very pleased to hear this kind of report. His attitude sure shows in the caliber of bows he builds. God bless you all and have a great day. Steve

BigJim took a call from me while at a big trad event to help me out. He could've said, "Call when I get home", or "Send me an e-mail". Instead, he talked directly with me and helped me solve my problem. He spent some time at Compton's showing me his new broadhead, quiver, and some of his bows when he could've been taking a break like everyone else. Just wish I could shoot enough pounds to use those BigJim broadheads. Great customer service and products.

Yes,They don't come any better than the little Fella, top notch in every aspect,BUT don't be praising him to much or his prices are going to go up!LOL

Big Jim is one of the best around today.

I wish more bowyers today had the customer service and communication skills Big Jim possesses.

CUDOS!  I just recieved my order today from Big Jim's...the young lady that I spoke to...I apoligize that I can;t remember her name...was very helpful with my order.  It has been several years since I've ordered anything archery related.  The delivery was very fast and the quality of the shafts and hardware are top notch.  I will be ordering additonal supplies shortly...Thanks...Thom

P.S.  Would anyone have an opinion regarding Big Jim's quivers...I shoot an Kodiak Magnum #45 and desire to use one of his quivers...Just not sure of what size I would need.  4 arrow quiver= med or large?  Thanks in advance.

Fighting celt- the size of the quiver is more dependant on the size of the broadhead. If you shoot 1" two blades, you can use the small with plenty of room for four maybe even five. If you use regular size three blades like woodsman, I would suggest a medium and if you use whoppers, I would suggest a large but I have put 4 big jim heads in a med but they were tight as a @ick's hatband.
