This box has been with me for a very long time. It is a combo broadhead storage and sharpening equiptment box. Don't worry about hurting this baby you could run over it and be OK. Start with an old ammo can (these are water tight and your stuff is always dry)!    I like the M2A1 it is 6"W x 11"L x 7"H. It will hold 18 broadheads on 1 1/2" centers and several other items (I have two steels,a diamond stone,a file and a tube of anti sieze for the threads, but there is plenty of room for more.  

Here it is pulled out of the box, notice the sheet of plexiglass that sets on top the broadheads and creates a shelf for your sharpening tools.                    All the material needed is a 2x6x10 1/2", one 1/4"x6 1/2" eye bolt and a piece of 1/8" cut 1/4" smaller than the opening into the box. Layout the two by the same way we did the one by in part one on 1 1/2" and drill the 13/64" holes for the broadheads to fit in and this time cut the 1/8" plastic tubing in 1" lengths and glue in the bottm of the holes. Next locate the center of the 2x6 and drill a 3/16" hole 1" deep and screw the eye bolt in till it bottoms out. Make sure when you final align it the eye bolt eye is length wise with the 2x6.                                It should look like this.

This is not fancy, but it is functional and I mark the heads numerically so I have my sharpest head starting with 1. Next take the plexiglass and cut a slot in the center with a dremel tool or similar tool so it will slip over the eye bolt and rest on the points of the broadheads. Never leave it off the heads unless you are removing or replacing heads. Total cost $6.50 ($6 for the box and .50 for the bolt) as I already had a scrap piece of plexiglass, Good hunting.
