Just got some 5575 Gold tips, full lenght and with 2 inch razer feathers. Going to try 250 grain VPA broadheads and see if they fly.My bow is 58Lb Tree stick 60" and I draw 29.5 if I'm measuring correctly.I have other bows of different lbs . One of them hopefully will work.

I have yet to find that out. Thats why I'm experimenting. If they are not suitable no animal will be harmed. Don't the other guys that we can't talk about use this style of fleatching in their setups. Just asking Thanks Greg

The other guys have center shot bows and they say the small fletching works good with broadheads, I don't know. If your bow is centershot and you have a good release it could work, good luck and keep us posted.

Couple years ago I tried 2" on some target shafts and was disappointed compared to 4 & 5".Let us know your result.They are fine lookin!

I used them on my wheel setup,and I tried the same arrows from my trad bows as well.I think if you're spined right they might work.One way to find out...

It's a 2' low profile fletching. They sell them in vanes for the other guys. These just happen to be made out of feathers. They are prety stiff. But I was always under the impression if your arrows were right you didn't need fletching.
So my thinking is tune the arrow untill it flys straight. They are full lenght and can be weighted up front to obtain the desired flight.

I think there are some threads around here from O.L. Adcock and Ashby about those fletches and setting up arrows for them. Tried them myself with fieldpoints and had decent results. The turbulator stuff is interesting, especially if you have time to tinker.

There was a lot of posts back last year discussing the skinny strings and the "Turbulators" or short fletchings 1.5 to 3".  Dr. Ashby and others have tried it with success.  I'm like you if it bare shaft ok it should work with the BH and smaller fletchings.
