I was shocked and super pleased when I opened my package from Rick Wiltshire at the P.O. this morning.

I knew I had traded for a Hill bow, even knew it was a Cheetah that was coming but I never expected for it to be one of my old favorites, Keeper Kat", who I originally got from you.

Here she is:

At a little over 13 yards

Another but at 20 plus yards

I'm very happy to get her back.

Someone reminded me of the verse in my signature the other day, that immediately came to mind and I gave thanks!

God bless,Mudd

Mudd, when bows start landing at your house for the second time, it's a sign you need to ease off the trading a bit!     :bigsmyl:

Sweet lookin bow, and a heck of a back stop. You miss that and your in trouble!  :D   Jason

I can tell you it's been like a true blessing for me to get her back.

I had been sending out some e-mails and pm's to folks trying to track her down. I fully intended to see if I could get her home if I could find her.

The trade that brought her home was finalized at midnight on New years' eve. I was happy to just have made a trade and have it happen at the stroke of 12.

I had no idea that the bow coming was "Keeper Kat", in fact I was totally shocked when I pulled her out of the tube while standing in the P.O.

Tom, "Keeper Kat" is 66" and 56@28. I hope I can still keep pulling her weight for a long time yet.

Jeff, maybe your right, just a few more trades and I'll quit....lol

Sounds like it was time for her to come back at the turn of the decade.  Enjoy!  I think it may bring some good mojo.

Congrats on getting the bow back. It's nice to meet an old friend again.

Mudd

Rob the limbs are straight as a string tip to tip.

She has a slight dished grip.

I really like how she feels and sounds in my bow hand when I drop the string.

Seems to hit pretty darn close to where I'm looking too!

God bless,Mudd

PS: now all I've got to do is keep Shawn's paws offen her...lol

Well thumper I believe this thought might hold true for a great many things that we as people do. Ever notice when an ice storm hits or several inches of snow falls during the night how many people show up late to work or call off. Where I work at every person shows up and are even early. Why? We define ourselves through are miseries. The first person there gets to complain the most. So, man why did I sell that bow, wish I could find it. I would never do that again. Until next time. Just a thought.

Rick your plan could have added some pressure on me.. except for one thing.

Neither one of us knew we were dealing with "Keeper Kat"...lol

You could have knocked me over with a feather when I opened that tube in the Post Office..lol

I was absolutely floored!!

I did find out that my Post Master won't through you out for giving thanks to God in her lobby...lol

Thank you Rick, you are the whole reason 2011 started off as good as it did and it just keeps getting better.

Now if I could get my family life straightened out.
I sometimes wonder if God would suspend that "free will" thing for just a little while and make kids behave the way they're supposed to..lol
