Very well done!  Thanks for sharing!  I've only shot one, but never recovered mine after searching many hours, one of these days maybe I'll get another chance to hunt these critters.

Thanks for sharing and congrats.

I'm in the same boat as Buckster, but I'm heading back down to Texas in March to give it another go.

Larry, nice job!      :clapper:  It looks like you shoot as good in the field as you do at the 3D shoots. Nice job, Congratulations.

Great hunt but I got to ask, how do you shoot your bow with the giant brim on that hat?

I have always hunted in a hat, because of the sun, that's why they call me redant, every time that I have been out hunting, I have always had time to push my hat back on my head, I do it all the time at 3-D shoots. If you do it a lot, it just comes natural.

The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

Nice hunting there Larry.  Got to admit I was shocked when I saw it was you in the pictures.  Don't know if you remember me, but my first 3D shoot at Balboa Park I was in the group with you.  Crossed paths with you again at Bow and Arrow.  Sure do miss the weather out there.

Hopefully I'll get stationed back out there in a few years and we'll cross paths again.  I picked up quite a few pointers in that one day of shooting with you and the other guys.
