Happy holidays every one. I have a few questions
for guys using Guido's web. I just recieved mine and it looks to be a very well made product. I've got rapid rails and the tree steps on one strap taken care of. Now for the Questions.
1) do you set up each time
2) How do you transport the rapid rails or steps
3) what is your average height in late season
4) can you put on outer clothes after you are hooked up.
5) Has your success rate for shots improved.
Thanks for any info you have. May be headed to jersey to hunt late season. Greg

Ileave my steps if gonna hunt more than once.
I don't use rails.
I hunt at about 16-17 ft.
Yes you can put on clothes. I don't use the shoulder straps once at my height so clothes can be changed.
It is hard to shoot deer with a bow. Too much movement to adjust to where the deer is when deer are close. If they don't come in perfect you have to swing around to get in place for the shot.

With practice it can be done, but I would rather have a platform.

Thanks for your reply. Is there a certain size diameter of the tree that works best. I don't play with guns in trees, so it will be interesting to see what happens with my tree recurve.

Pretty much any thing you would put a climber on.

Tell ya one thing...rough bark trees like big pines, get ready to empty bark out of your pants when your done. Sliding the belt up while climbing will fillem full.

I love mine, but until I get more practice shooting in it, it does feel like it limits my shooting some.

have you guys ever tried using a guido's web with the bottom section of a summit climber? im gonna give it a try this weekend and see if by using the linemans belt i can get up a tree with the climber and the guido's web. not sure about this.....what do you think?
The hardest way to do it is usually the right way to do it.
