My fletching jig does the standard three fletch and a 60/120 four fletch. Is there any way to do a 90/90 four fletch with this jig?
I've been trying to figure out a series of "turn arrow one place to the left and jig two places to the right" sort of deal and my head is spinning.
Does anyone has any ideas?

I would take a scrap shaft and mark it at 90/90 at the end. You could just eyeball it or use a straight edge. Transfer those marks to the side of you shaft. Place it in your jig and rotate the knob untill the clamp lines up with a mark. Use a sharpie to mark the knob lined up with somewhere that doesnt move. Do this for all four and you should have a reference that you can duplicate.  

What brand of jig do you have,most fletching jigs will bow a 3 fletch or 4 fletch.

Yup, my Bitz has an allen head you back one out and tighten the other up to change from 3 to 4 fletch.

The Jo-Jans have nock holders that do 90 degree 4 fletch. I'm doing some flu-flus now with them.  They also do 4 fletch in 75/105.

My jigs will do a four fletch but it's 60/120 and I'm trying to figure out a 90/90.
With the way I use my jigs it's not practical to buy another brand so I think Drummer's suggestion sounds the most viable.

What jig do you have that will 4 fletch only 60x120?  If it won't adjust, you'll probably have to go with the marks.

It's the Vador Uni-Fletch. In the 14 years I've used them I've had only one request for a 90/90 four fletch. I just thought I'd see if it was possible.

My jo-jan does a 4x90.  That is about all I use.  I made up some "award plaque" arrows for the Boy Scouts a couple weeks ago that I three-fletched.  But, for all my shooting and hunting stuff, I use the 4x90.  Love it.  Just use 4" feathers for selfbows with lower brace heights and 5" feathers for fiberglass bows since they typically have more brace room.  Check out the jo-jan.  I have no complaints.

Grey Taylor.  The only way I know to do it with a jig like that is to mark yourself 4 little 90 degree marks right at the end of the nock.  Now take and older nock and index it anywhere on the nock with a majic marker, sharpie and just twist the nock on the arrow until one of the 90 degree marks and the indexed mark lines up.  On the 120 setting fletch one side and rotate it to the opposite side on the 60 degree marks.  This will give you 180 degrees apart..  Then take the arrow out, and re index the marked nock to one of the other 90 degree marks and fletch those two and you will have your four fletch.

Yep,Stringstretchers right.Only other thing to add,after shooting 4 fletch for some timeis,I have done both ways and can tell no differance flight wise.Good Luck.
