Bears can attack people- although fewer people have been killed by bears than in all WWI and WWII combined.

This is very sad news. Chris and I emailed each other recently and I was planning on visiting with him on my next trip to Columbus.

Will pray for his family.

Shoud the TradGang family send an arrow into the New Year night sky in honor of Chris?  This is a tradition my family does to honor our lost loved ones.

I'm at a loss.  Chris is one of the great members here who helped out so many.  I was just finishing up a pair of knives for Chris and Larry.

My condolences and prayers go out to the family.

Just got the call from Rob and Vance...my heart is broken. I talked to him about a week ago trying to hook up for a hunt at the club we shared...we made tentative plans for after Christmas or at worst a hog hunt after the first of the year in his neck of the woods. How tentative is our time here.

Larry and family, I am holding you up in prayer. May His peace comfort you as I pray it will all of us while we suffer through this loss. You know that all you need to do is call should you need anything.

Cherish every moment gentlemen, make your peace with God and tell those you love how much you love them....for not one of us are guaranteed a tomorrow.

I'll be doing my best to focus on the fond memories of the camps we shared, his laughter and dry wit, and that mischievous twinkle he always had in his eyes. I know he touched many, many lives in the same positive fashion. Our world is a bit dimmer with his passing.
