I always have a bow quiver on.
I've been using the Selway since forever so I have one on all my bows.
If I'm going stump shooting or rabbit hunting, I'll throw on my back quiver full of expendables.

Buckeye Trad Hunter

Tube style back/side type like the arrowmaster or dawgware all the time.  Stumping, Hunting, Targets, doesn't matter, same way all the time.  You stay more consistant if you shoot the same way all the time because you're always used to the way that your quiver hangs on your side or back or where ever.  If you choose a bow quiver, leaving it on all the time keeps you used to the weight of the bow with the quiver on or the way you may cant the bow with the quiver on versus no quiver on the bow.

jsweka

Hunting... bow quiver

I tried a wide variety of types of quivers over the years and I just kept going back to a bow quiver.

When I shot my Treadway bow I used a Selway bow quiver but when I went to selfbows I turned the Selway into a GFA type quiver. It is accessable, quiet and can be easily tucked behind my back when not needed.

A bow quiver works the best for me. Keep it on all year long.

I converted a bow quiver with leather laces and an old bow string so that I can hang it in the middle of my back. My judo is always where my left hand can reach it, broadheads on the right. Arrows are always out of the way and hidden behind my back.

I just didn't like the balance of my longbow with a quiver attached.
