Considering grizzly single bevels and simmons sharks...  Looking to get as close to 175 grains as I can.  I like the fact that the grizzly are single bevel, but I like the width and good things I've heard about the simmons too.  Will I be losing penetration with the simmons (165 grains screw in) over the grizzly (145 grain glue on with a 30 grain aluminum adapter).  Shooting 49 @ 26" on a 590 grain arrow with 275 up front.

Any other ideas to get me at 175?  Also considered WW's.

Thanks!

Thanks for any opinions!

Abowyer, sale a single bevel that is at 175gr, the brown bear. And Centaur big game head is at 170gr.
Good luck.

Don't have the experience to back it up, but I would think the Griz would penetrate better than the Simmons.  The Abowyer Wapiti and Brown Bears are both 175 in glue on.
Good judgement comes from experience.  Experience comes from bad judgement.

Magnus 1 or Zwickey Delta 4-blade are 135 grains and add a long aluminum adaptor which is approx 40 - 42 grains gets you pretty close to 175.
