There are a ton of arrows on the market today so lets hear what you use and whether it is hunting or just target shooting.

I use carbon express 250 with a 100 grain insert and a 125 tip. With my Damon Howatt 63 pounds at 28 inches, I need some more weight I know but I'm working on it.

So what do you have?
If it is easy where is the fun. That is why I use a stick and string. The only sight I need is with my eyes.

Oregon Okie

3R trad only 300's with 225 total on front

surewoods with 145 on the tip
"Don't believe everything you think" - bumper sticker

"Savage Blaster" - 50@31 - 63" (recurve I made with Steve Savage)
Firefly TD longbow - 50@31 - 63"
7 Lakes double shelf from a blank - 45@31 - 66"
Trident ILF w Blackmax carbons - 42@31

SCATTERSHOT

I make my own, and prefer woodies with a 160 grain point.  Mainly target shooting and stumping.

when it comes to arrows, it's a very Very VERY personal thing - what works well for me might never ever work at all for you, and vice versa.

this is as subjective as finding the *right* stickbow that works "best for you, and not me".

sorry to say, but anything else is purely subjective opinion ... and you know the intrinsic value of opinions.   :D

I love Surewood Firs. One of the nicest arrows I'd ever made. But if I could only choose 1 for the rest of my days...hickory with 160 on the nose...

I guess I'll be the odd man out.

Arrow Dynamics.. Yellow letter Nitro Stingers with 145 gr heads.  Also shot some AD Medalist.  These arrows perform quite well for me running about 10 gr/inch when done and the FOC is built in.  I am planning on trying some of the AD trads.  Bit more weight.

I have made and shoot some wood stuff.  POC and Doug Fir both tapered and with 145 heads.  Planning on trying Surewoods.

BowMIke

I really like Beman MFX Classic 400"s and 500"s. 100 grain brass inserts and 125 grain points.(although I'm hoping to shoot somrthing soon with Centaur Big Game head on the same 400 spine arrows. (they seem to shoot really well at 10 yards and under in practice).
