What is for now what you consider as the best ILF longbow limb on the market ?

A lot would depend on what you consider "BEST."

Best looking might be a set of skinned Morrisons.

Best performing might be a set of Trad Tech Masters.

Best bang for the buck might be the basic Trad Tech longbow limbs.

Best "feel" might be...

You get the point.

They are probably all going to be within 8 or 10 fps of each other so I would say you have to be a little more specific on what you are looking for.

Morrison = Sexy

Belcher = Sweet

Morrison... however, I prefer the Carbon/Maple cored ones Bob occasionally makes.

you are true, should have been more specific.

The bottom line is that i am looking for ILF longbow limbs for an ILF Black Douglass Riser (19) with the following specs:

- Bow must be 64" at least (3D rules)
- Bow must send a wooden arrow with a flat trajectory up to 33 yards (30 meters), not sure of arrow specs for now
- Bow must be the lowest poundage as possible for best accuracy / shooting all day: hence max performing limbs .
- Price not important: a few bows to sell

I've shot a bunch and think that the Border HEX 5 wood core limbs I am currently shooting are the best I have shot to date.

Well, from what you are saying, it looks like you are limited to two choices.  Morrison and Dryad appear to be the only ones that offer a limb in an XL or XXL which you will need to get to the bow length that you want.

A couple things to consider.

1.  No Limbs will shoot an arrow with a "flat trajectory" to 30 meters.

2.  I'm only guessing here but if you are looking for the "flattest possible" you will be looking to shoot light arrows. (6-8gpp range)  The only ILF longbow limb that I am aware of that warrants to that weight is Tradtech and they don't make an XL or XXL so you won't get to 64", only 62".

3.  Maybe Morrison or Dryad will weigh in on what their minimum gpp is under warranty.

Looks like you might have to make some concessions somewhere.

In our Limbs the foam cores adds 2-4 fps over Actionboo. Carbon Backing adds about 4 fps more. 8 GPP Minimum. Thing is if your draw is 26" a bow will stand up to less GPP than a 30" draw.

I'm very happy with the performance I'm getting out of my Morrison carbon foam D's with a similar set-up to what your describing. 62" though, 41#@28"
I think the Morrisons are tops for ilf longbow limbs IMO.

Ryan. I keep tring. I have a set of carbon back and belly  a new foam I'm trying that I'm hunting with right now, 56" on a Mini. It is sweet, I'll keep shooting them myself and see if they hold up. Been down this road before..... They seem like I'm getting more out of them but have not tested thought the chrono yet, I do like what I'm getting.

For quiet and performance I like the "Morrisons"

I have not tried enough brands of ILF limbs to be an authority, but I do have a couple of sets of Morrisons and find them to be outstanding in every way. I am surprised that David Knipes has not commented about the Black Swan ILF limbs which he tells me are also top notch and fast.
