I love bison meat.  I have a freind that raises them.  Rather dangerous to be around.  Bison are on my "bucket" list.

Man those things are HUGE! Where are you hunting blacktails at in CA? With Arrow 5 Outfitters? They are right in my backyard.

I'm hunting in Covelo,CA. I will be close to arrow 5 outfitters land. I hunted Coues with them in Jan 2010 in Mexico and they are first class. My outfitter this time is Butch Carley, has a small operation but lots of nice deer and am looking forward to being there.
