Norm called me the other day to let me know my turn in line for my blacktail is just a few weeks away. I was patient but now knowing I am that much closer I am anxious to say the least. You other blacktail fans know how this is. Help keep me patience over this last part of the wait.  

Man is it ever hard to know that a bow is comming and yet we still have to wait!!

I own two Blacktail TDs and I can say is, "good things come to those who wait". You won't be disappointed.

I've got a new to me on the way Danny Rowans Ebony,Cocobolo with Yew limbs .Its in the mail now and driving me nuts!

I bet Steve,Danny ship for FAR AWAY.But he is a master in  handling the bows he sold,he get quite a few experience..LOL

Waiting on a Blacktail (or any other great custom) sure tempts one to violate Grandma's admonition not to wish one's life away!  

I've happy for you and even happier that those of us on THE list will move one notch north!

How long you been on the list, I put an order in last December for my second Blacktail, just wondering if he is still in the 13 to 15 month time frame.  Getting a Bow from Norm is kinda like waiting on Christmas, you know it's gonna come, but there is nothing you can do to hurry it up.  It,s worth the wait.  R.W.

That call is torture, extreme torture!       But now there is light at the end of the tunnel. The bad part is after you have decided on the woods you'll wonder what it will really look like when you get it in your hands....how am I doing Helo? haha  
Take a deep breath. You are about to receive one of the finest (I believe THE finest) recurves being built anywhere in the world today! You lived just fine without it for how many years? A few more weeks will be just fine.....sure glad it's not me! haha  I've got 10 months to go.

On Monday I placed my order with Norm for a one-piece Blacktail Snakebit w yew limbs and accents.  He said he was about a year out.

I have a TD Elite VL to help me get through the wait.

Helo, I don't even know you, and even I CAN"T WAIT for you to get it!!!!!!!

I had to wait 18 months for my Snakebit,for sure it was worth the waiting.
