when you have to work the next day?  The issues of shooting a deer in the evening and getting to a commercial locker sometimes keeps me out of the woods.   I also don't want to overuse my limited hunting areas by going out on a weekday and then the weekend.

when i worked shift work at night i used to have moving days off and liked to hunt the week days alot better but on weekends i never worried bout getting to the locker cause they have a night drop locker there just leave your deer and tag fill out a paper on what you want and they called you when its done no biggy

Do you have a beer fridge in the garage or shop? I process my own and if it is warm out I just skin and quarter them, then put them in the beer fridge. I'll even age them there for a few days. I'm sure your processer would take them quartered, if not cut it and wrap it yourself it's not hard.
I would've taken better care of myself,if I'd known I was gonna live this long!

I hunt quite a bit of public land, and prefer the week days when I can have the hole place to myself!

most of my hunting is done on the weekdays.but i also work up my own deer.if i kill one i take it home, skin and quarter it,and put it in the frig.then the next day i cut it up and package it.dont think i could afford to kill to many if i didnt do them myself.Ross

Prefer to hunt on the Weekdays and do other hobbies on the weekends (what time I have off then)

Hunt weekdays as often as I can. Got a deal on a spare fridge a few years back. I process my own as well, but I do a fair amount of Jerky as well.

GingivitisKahn

When I get a chance to do so, I do.

I don't get enough opportunities to hunt...so the name of the day does not matter.

Jack Whitmire Jr

I don't hunt evenings , unless I have company down to hunt . I hunt hardwoods only and the deer just don't move good in the evenings .

I hunt 2 or 3 times during the week. And a couple times on the weekend.

It's one of the reasons i like retirement. The only obstacles are weather and family matters. Plus, my wife  hunts with me every afternoon she can.

I really like to hunt weekdays, seems like you have the whole area to yourself.

I like week days, less folks around and less pressure. Since I retired I just go when I feel like it and has so far been all good.
