If I draw 28 inch what would the minimum and maximum arrow length that i could  get? I can't remember the rule on that

One way to figure it out is to clip a clothes pin on your arrow and come to full draw.  The pin will show you the length to the back(the side away from you) of the bow.  Measure from the nock to the pin, and then add anywhere from a half-inch to an inch.  That will be the shortest arrow you want.  There's not really a maximum length.  It just depends on your arrow spine and point weight.

Crgaston has the old correct answer.  I think the "new" answer is not that simple.  You tune the arrow to the bow and that involves starting with a full lenght arrow and cutting it as you tune.

You need at least 3/4" more length than your real draw,for broadhead clearence.That is your minimum.There is no real maximum.

The shortest you should go is 1/2 to 3/4 inch longer than your draw length.  Overdrawing a broadhead due to excitement can lead to lots of bleeding.  

Start with a full length arrow and tune from there. If they stick out 4 inches at full draw, who cares.
