if my bow is 52@28 and i pull 29-1/2 what poundage am i shooting

Bows differ, but in general most bows will add 2-3 lbs per inch of draw.  At 29-1/2" I'd say you would be around 55-56 1/2 lbs.

It might help if we knew what bow you are shooting.

John is right. It would be a help if you were to indicate the bow make and longbow or recurve. That said I agree with the others at between 55 and 57 pounds.

Approx +/- 3# per inch over the marked value (mostly 28") depending upon the design & make of the bow. Can vary outside this norm but not much either way.

I would also go along with others who say 55#-57#.
