Love the nailer. would you recommend pneumatic or paslode? Finish or framing?

The nailer sounds good, but I've always been a duct tape and baling wire man.  

I've had two surgeries that the incisions were closed with super glue, not stitches.  makes a nastier scar, but who cares.
