Fellows I have been on the dsiabled list for the past 4 months with a broken Arm. Been rehabing my arm and shoulder daily.
Well, today it happened. I shot 12 arrows from my Martin mamba 50 lb recurve. Haven't lost a thing..maybe I am even  shooting better.
Placed 10 out of 12 arrows within a 3 inch group at 20 yards.
And by the way, I used spruce arrows made by Elite Arrows.Best I have ever shot. They are also beautiful. I had ordered them before I broke my arm. First time using them. They fly like bullets from a scoped rifle.
Bow season in Texas starts Oct 4..I am ready..
Who says that 64 year olds can't recovered from a compound arm break at the wrist and also a frozen shoulder  :goldtooth:  .

Welcome back mambashooter.   :)  Feels good to shoot again I bet. I had quad bypass last Oct 22. Screwed up my bow season until 9 1/2 weeks later when I killed a lil 7 pt. first hunt back. Good luck to you!
When a man shoots with a bow it is own vigor of body that drives the arrow,  his own mind controls the missile's flight......His trained muscles and toughened thews have done the work

Maybe I need to break my arm.
