Can someone tell me what does ilf stand for. and can you mix&match brands on the limbs and risers

ilf= international limb fitting I think and yes you can mix riser with different limb manufacturers eg Hoyt matrix riser with samick limbs

You can but you have to pay attention to the riser length it can change the poundage marked on the limb.
