I swore I had bought my last bow. I don't like collecting more "stuff". BUT,.... when I see Big Jim's 2 piece R/D bows I get the "wants". I am struggling with this and can see that there will probobly be only one way out of it.

Any of you out there want to give me some feed back on your opinion of his bows? I see me getting a Buffalo Bow or even a Thunder Child. How do they compare for performance smoothness? (actually I almost don't care, .... they are just so good looking)

Thanks

Tom,

Best advice I can give you is just get one.  You will not have any buyer's regret it.

Got a package shipping soon to ya.

God Bless,  Pierre

Thanks Pierre;

I hope I can hold out till I can afford one!!

It'll have one of your strings on it. Your string made my Daala more quiet than any other, (impressively so.)

Just ordered my second T/D Buffalo this week.

My first one I named Coco, second one will come to me when i see her. I love Coco, she is sexy yet tough, quiet but fast, sturdy but sleek, gorgeous without being high maintenance...yes I am talking about a bow...  :D

I ordered and received my buffalo bow late last year, too late to really hunt with her (2 outings in the minus 20 temp)

Was totally (and still am) happy with her...But I need a take down!

So my second and last    :bigsmyl:   bow in on order right now.

I freshened up the dog house, and the cable guy will connect it tomorrow    :biglaugh:    :biglaugh:    :biglaugh:

My advise is....Don't do it! I'm close to having the deposit for my next Big Jim bow and if you don't pull the trigger right away they'll be one less in front of me on the list! Lol! Seriously though, I'm lovin' the 2pc Buffalo I got recently. Awesome bows, you can't go wrong. I'm thinking about a 3pc with two sets of limbs in different weights. You only live once, treat yourself!

Order one of his dalmation bows. I've been eying up his bows for awhile now myself. Sweet looking bows. But like F-Manny said i might end up down in the fruit cellar.

You guys are not makeing this easier you know!  ;)

I really like the idea of a light and simple 2 piece bow I can put in a pack with some arrows. I am leaving to go on a sheep hunt in a few days, the Daala is a great bow but a little heavy and bulky to carry. Hopefully I will get to use it tho.  :archer2:

Danny, don't worry it'll be  a while before I can afford to do this.   :(

Good luck on the Sheep hunt. Don't forget that it takes awhile to come-up on the wait list, so get a deposit together, get on the list, then send Jim some as you can and before you know it you're paid up. That's how I did my bow. I believe that with the awesome bows Big Jim has been building, and shown here on TG and other sites, that list is getting a lot longer. Hunt safe and don't forget to take pics of your hunt to share with us, if you get one or not. We always love seeing pretty country, and you're in some of the best up there.

Chop--Someones always sneaking in between me and what I want, you're just the latest! Lol!
