I love to watch them all   :)

One time that sticks out in my mind was two young bull elk I had the pleasure to watch last year. I was raised in a family with two brothers and these two bull reminded me of the way my younger brother and I would act to each other. The smaller was a spike and the other was a small 5x5. The smaller would bounce around and prod the older trying to engage him in a sparing match, after a while the older would get mad and chase the younger off, then the older would realize that the younger bull was gone and he would start to worry and run around in panic looking for his little brother. This went on for hours as I waited in my ambush spot.

Great stuff   :)

humming birds in the front yard and squirrels and deer on the back feeder.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!

Whitetail.  I like other animals, too, but I love Whitetail deer.

Whichever critter decides to come by. I like watching them do their thing.

Schafer

I like to watch gray squirrels chase each other and it can get funny some times to.

deer. pine martins. I like watching the elk in the winter; and the whitetails and mulies.

Deer though - I really like it every time I see one.
THE VOICES HAVEN'T BOTHERED ME SINCE I STARTED POKING THEM WITH A Q-TIP.

ARCHER2

I like to watch them all but my favorite is Whitetail deer.

Pretty much any wild animal, but whitetails are my favorite.God never created a more beautiful and graceful creature than a whitetail deer (IMHO)

HUNT 24/7

Bowwild

I'm a retired wildlife biologist so I like a lot of them. However, my favorite that I have opportunity to watch is a mature white-tail buck.  I'm very thankful for the squirrels because they keep me entertained during the lull before and after deer show up.

The one I've dreamed of watching since reading Jack O'Conner stories and the Fred Bear Stone Sheep hunt, is the big horn sheep.

In fact, at 56 years old I'm finally going to start applying for a western sheep tag. Maybe my grandson can inherit my preference points?! Looks like it will have to be Montana since a few of their tags goes to someone completely at random no matter the number of preferenc points that person has.

I can't imagine the rush of getting a letter in the mail saying I was drawn for a bighorn tag!  I'd take the letter to a taxidermist and have it mounted!

I love watching all animals. I do however get a special excitement watching the wild turkey working his way through the Cypress and cedar trees in the areas in and around the swamps in South Carolina. The oak trees and pines that border the farmers fields also make a great place to watch them working from their roost to the fields.

Roadrunners are interesting to watch.

homerdave

mountain goats and whales.
tell me how close you got, not how far you shot

It is a toss up between loons and humming birds, but I will admit to mostly going bird watching when I am spring turkey hunting.

String Cutter

Spring Wild Turkey... Watching the first rays of light bounce off the breast feathers of an old tom while he strutes. The reflect blue, red, purple , and golds all at the same time. Like the inside a oyster shell only much brighter. That is what I would love to see each morning of my life...
But the only thing in my yard are grey squirrel.. And they're really funny to watch..
