I'm shooting a Pearson cougar, 50# @28, 62". I can barely shoot ten shots before I start to flinch. can someone tell me what the brace height should be?

JRY309

I shot mine at around 7&1/4" to 7&1/2" brace.Do you have silencers on the string? I noticed on some bows with dacron, silencers on the string can increase handshock with a dacron string, just a thought.

giff

nope, no silencers, I'll check the height on mine.

Ground Hunter

How heavy are your arrows?  You may need to go to a heavier weight shaft to absorb more of the bows energy.

BowHuntingFool

A heavy arrow, correct brace height and the bow hush and hush puppies will make ya a happy man!
