snake skins

can any one please tell me what all i need to do on how to skin and dry a snake after it's been killed and what to use as far a chemicals and such os it wn't rot and all thanks jake

What Sal said ..... plus, I believe you just skin, flesh and dry ...no tanning necessary. (I think)

Hess

Cut it up the belly, pull skin off and staple to a board with moist side out.  It only takes a day or two to dry and cut off with razor knife.  Roll it up and store in zip locks until ready to use.  Easy cheesy.
