was wondering for sharpening muzzy phantom ss if the delux kit would do teh trick or if its worth the extra $ for the diamond kit thanx.  I have heard nothing but great things and look forward to geting my own

Bowmaster, Mitch nailed it...Don't waste your $$$ on the diamond kit!!! Diamond stones are way overkill for your Phantoms. Just the standard ceramic/Arkansas stones are all you need to get them tuned. (plus a piece of cardboard for the final stropping). Now here's the most important tip I can give you: Phantoms have deeply vented blades which means the blades will flex very very easily when sharpening. The sharpener works great with them but you have to be careful to use very light pressure (almost none) when sharpening  Phantoms. You'd be amazed at exactly how little downward pressure it takes to flex the blades and if they're flexing while you're sharpening, then you won't be able to maintain a consistant angle and that's pretty critical to sharpening anything. Use a very light touch and let the stones do the work...They will! Thanks,
