Winterhawk1960

I have a 62" Mentor and it shoots the best for me between 7 5/8" and 7 3/4". I don't know what Wes recommends, but mine sure shoots nice in that range.

What if you woke up tomorrow, with only what you thanked God for today ???

SlowBowinMO

Mine's a 60" and it seems happiest at about 7 1/2".  I talked to Wes once about it and what Don and I posted are right in line with the range he suggested.
"Down-Log Blind at Misty River"

sagebrush

Mine's a 62inch. I keep mine above 7 1/2 and it shoots great. Gary

HATCHCHASER

Gonna hunt with the recurve this year hay.  :campfire:
It's not the arrival, it's the journey.

Pack

I try to keep my 62" right at about 7 1/2 also.

Conner Parry

I also have a 62¨ takedown, Wes recommended 7 1/2 to 7 3/4, also around a 5/8ths knocking point.
Shoot Straight

Footed Shaft

Ditto for me, 7 3/4 " , and 5/8ths knocking point. Bill
