Four fletch on the Embarcadero

While in San Francisco last week I was surprised to see this rather large sculpture along the famed Embarcadero.  It's located almost under the Bay Bridge where Howard Street intersects Embarcadero.  Seems like the folks in the fair city of San Francisco appreciate recurves and the value of 4-fletch!

I walk by it every day. REALLY don't like it. Plus it looks like it's shooting the ground. Ugh... it's by Claes Oldenburg.
