Blacktail bows are worth the wait. I've got two of them. The wait is a killer, but the bows shoot like a dream for me. I will never sell them even if I was desperate for money.

I picked up my Blacktails via the secondary market. I was very lucky to find a mint Snakebit as they do not become available very often (Thanks again Greg!). I think I have seen two Snakebit's for sale in my entire time here. It would take a "life altering" event in order for me to offer my Blacktails for sale.

You are correct about the grand children. Definitely worth the wait!  My daughter delivered our 2nd (her 1st child) in England yesterday around 5am Kentucky time.  His name is Drake. His Dad is in the Air Force.  I'm hoping he is left-eye dominant and likes beautiful wood combination recurves!  Sounds like my snakebite ordered a couple of months ago should come around August or September next year unless a lefty with my draw weight preference backs out before then!

I called Norm to see if he had any try before you buy bows?? He didn't and doesn't really keep any around for that ??? I just hate the idea of spending that kinda money for a bow that I've never even shot??? Add to that I am a lefty and don't  think I've ever even seen one at all the shoots that I've been to? Let alone a lefty??? Is there Any lefties out there l could borrow their BT for a week or so?? LOL
