I read a comment a while back from someone who was looking for a stand for "leaner trees".  I finally found some Climax stands in a NC warehouse a few days ago. I believe these are the same folks who have been making them for several years.  They sent me a new one which seems to be exactly like one I bought about 3 years ago.  It's the same design as the original Climax stands, but with a larger, higher, and more comfortable seat.  As the case with all of them, they are rock solid and quiet.  I took these pix this afternonn of my two stands hanging in a tree that not only leans, but also twists.

Try this number 336-351-6400 and ask for a lady named "Shelby".  I got one for $89.95 plus shipping.  The total was approx. $105 and arrived via UPS.  Adaptable, solid and quiet.  When I called a few weeks ago they still had some in their warehouse.
