Can someone please talk me out of buying this bow!!!

No seriously, I was reading some of the post about the shorter sight window and how some find the need to cant the bow to get a clear sight picture. I shoot with the bow vertical. Is this a common problem among PCH owners or just for some. I plan on taking BW up on their try before you buy program, but if this is a common issue i might try the PSA.

I cant the bow, at about 2 o'clock - 7 o'clock so I dont have a problem.  I shot a pch, and loved it, shot psa, and pma. I ended up with a pmax, but would have taken any of them  My friend shoots verticle, like you, and did not like the pch as well.  He likes the psa.  I did not find the pch blocked my picture. even verticle.

Anchor point makes a difference.  I shoot a high one so no problem with vertical bow.

-You already have a perfectly good bow!
-By the time you ordered it and it arrived, you wouldn't have it
tuned or be ready for hunting season and probably ruin your
  season...
-You could use that extra money to take a hunting trip out of
  state.
-I've been told widders are loud   (don't know just heard it
  somewhere)

There I tried... But in all honesty, it sure does look sweet! I am not one to judge.... I have been fighting the new bow syndrome myself for a few years... But am afraid i am going to lose out in the near future.... I have a 42# and 57# bow and a take down that would fit in the middle sure would be useful...

I have a PCH and do not cant it and have no problems seeing the target. I like it better than any BW I own.
Time spent alone in the woods puts you closer to God.

"Can't" never accomplished anything.

I've been looking at the PCH also and had the same concern about the sight window because I shoot a vertical bow like you. I recently shot a TF one piece, which has a 3 1/2 inch sight window and it was ok. No problems. the PCH has a 3 inch sight window so I think it would be comparable.

I had a beautiful PCHX and did have a problem with the sight window.  I tend to shoot vertical or with a slight cant and the riser got in the way for me with a vertical bow as ranges neared 20 yards.  The bow was fantastic in all other aspects.  I ended up going back to a PSA.  I demoed the PMA and it shot great, but I didn't see a big benefit from the bigger riser (it was heavier, and I didn't like the look as much).  I'd say you should try one out, your results may vary.  Good luck...Mike

I shoot the PMA, PSA, and PCH. Sometimes I shoot vertical, and don't see a problem with the sight window on the PCH.
I have to agree with xtrema312 on the anchor point.  I shoot 3 under with the middle finger in the corner of my mouth and this may be why I can see just fine.
Sorry, can't talk you out of it.  Hope your trial goes well.
