Ok so who drew into the MCAAP Trad hunt? My group and I did not, however I have a QP for Oct. 15-17 "Hominy". Would anyone be intersted in splitting the cost of a camper?

me and three buddys drew deer creek those same dates. one of the guys that goes with us isnt much of a camper. so we'll be couped up in a motel room. havnt hunted this area before but am really looking forward to it. maybe i'll see you there.----------joey

Is that the military base where Ronny Lambeth shot that monster a season or two ago?  I read about it in Bow @ Arrow Hunting Mag this year.  I believe it is trad only.

CIC thats the place you read about. It's a great hunt, if your lucky enough to draw. Lots of rules you have to follow, but if I were the boss of millions of lbs of TNT I would have strict rules also.

Drew Oct 29-31 in Deer Creek, have hunted there 3 times but never this area.  Any tips would be appreciated for this area.

Crash, I see your from Clayton. My wifes grandfather owns a 1/4 srction over the mountian near Adel. What is the deer hunting like over there? Ive only turkey hunted on him and have had some good luck.

I drew the last 2 years but not this year.  One of my brothers will be there on a quality pass hunt the last hunt.  This will be his 3rd consecutive year and last year he went twice because he drew and got a quality pass from the year before.  He got a hog the first year and a doe last year.
