Hey everyone,

My primary bow is a DAS Dalaa shooting with a plunger and flipper.  I am going to order a new wood bow, I think a Palmer Trad Slam, and was wondering if it is possible to get a bushing in the riser for a plunger???  Anyone have any experience with this on a wood risered bow?  Thanks Mike

It's been done for a very long time. You'd need to ask Mike if that's an option he offers for his risers though.

Yes, it has been done since the Berger button came on the market. Only downside is resale value of the bow. I know from experience on a Bear Super K. To many holes in a wood handle detract from its natural good looks I have been told.

If he offers it, and you want it,have it put in. I have a Black Widow that I bought used and it has one installed. Don't hurt a thing and I even tried a elevated rest for a while.
