Hey guys!
Looking for a new arm guard. Fairly new to the trad stuff. Any suggestions?

Thanks

We have a nice selection from Mike's Archery Leather.  The new Latigo basic is a bargain.

We also have some attractive offerings on the Grizzly page:

Hope this helps, Tim @ Braveheart

Ditto on Mikes Archery Leather, they are great arm guards!

I have a couple of Mike's arm guards. Easy on and off, good leather and superb craftsmanship at a reasonable price.

+1 on Mike as well. I've got his latigo armguard, and his hunter quiver. Great products at a ridiculously low price.
The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts.

A++ For Mike's arm guards!! I have the Latigo and also the youth model for  my daughter---they are well-crafted; you won't go wrong!

However, for hunting, I do prefer the longer arm guard from Rancho Safari it's 14" and for me , I like knowing that my sleeves are well tucked back- esp. in the later, colder months..

For hunting with heavy clothes/rain gear a nice long stretchy sock with the toe cut off.  Makes a nice bend at the elbow. Color is optional, never black with a brown bow and vice versa, also don't mix dots with stripes.  I could go on about how to match with pink fletches but probably to much fashion content to be strictly trad.

Mikes is very nice. Will never go wrong with Mikes.

Elknutz, is that a toe sock so your fingers stay warm?  Should it be multicolored like my daughters socks with different colored toes?  I may have to try this idea with some of my old army wool socks.
