longbow-stringer

Was wondering if you could use the stringers with the rubber pad one one end to string a flatbow??Was told it could damage the bow,anybody ever heard that.Using a black-widow longbow stringer now,was wondering if I could use one of those selways????
HH Cheetah 66in. 48lb at 25in.
HH HalfBreed 66in. 57lb. at 27in.
HH Wesley Special  56lb. at 26in..

I have a Owl self bow and use it all the time. I don't have a flatbow so I don't know about that. I would think you would be fine.

Selway is what I use on my Check Mate Thunderbird.  Closest thing I have to a Flatbow.  Years of use with no problem.
