I shoot a 65 pound self bow and wanted to know how heavy arrow I should be shooting.From what I can tell if I go with a carbon like the goldtip traditional with a 125 grain head I will only have about a 450 grain arrow at 30in.My draw is 28in but I shoot 30in arrows.Also what spine would be good to try.Thanks

gt 5575 100gr insert 175 gr point should be close to 575 gr

The common theme here has been 9.5 to 10.5 grains per lb of draw weight is a good base line.  To light of an arrow can cause damage to a bow over time.
