Bought a dozen used Snuffers and took them out to the range today to test them out.  Found one that sorta corkscrewed so I swapped out the broadhead for a field point and arrow flew straight.  Put the odd broadhead on a different arrow and noticed wobble, but not so much of the corkscrew action.  All of the other eleven flew straight and mostly on target (I chalk up the "mostly" to myself) which included the same arrow that corkscrewed.  I've eliminated every variable I can think of to put the cause on the one broadhead.

Should I just toss this one head or is there a way to correct?

I am guessing it has a glued in threaded insert? Probably bent, or just was never put on right.
I'll bet it doesn't spin well either?

Just what Ken said.see if you can heat it up and take out the insert.

Hrm, I'm pretty sure they're not glued as I got them from a compound guy.  Didn't strike me as the kind who'd do that much work.  I'll try heating it up anyway to see what happens.  Worst is I lose a broadhead I don't feel comfortable using as it is now.

As a general rule, if your bh is the same weight as your field point, the shaft will fly weaker with the bh. You might try s lighter bh of shorten the shaft about 1/2-3/4". Measure the entire length of the arrow with broadhead and compare to entire length with field point. Moving weight further from nock, makes arrow fly weaker.
