I know Kenny McKenzie now carries take-down hardware.  He hasn't gotten them on his website yet though, so give him a call.

You should be able to get them at any Lowes or Ace hardware store.Home Depot most likely has them as well but I have never bought any there.

There is a store called Fastenal in the town I live in.  They supply all kinds of industrial type fasteners, nuts, bolts, tools, etc. to contractors.  They are open to the public and I believe they are a nationwide chain.  I bought some limb bolts there for a warf bow that I built.

Just Googled Fastenal and they are a national chain.  They show 3 stores in Virginia, Wytheville, Dublin and Pounding Mills.  Your pretty close to Wytheville, their phone is

Anawakee archery carries antler limb bolts.  I had a guy walk up to me at a show asking if I would carry the antler limb bolts he was making, but I can't remember the name.  Fastenal has all kinds of fasteners and should be a great source for the bolts.

Check out a company called McMasters-Carr. I get all my limb bolts from them. They have them in different lengths, thread size, as well as different metal material.
