It takes a huge amount of effort to set a tone and keep a site like this as welcoming and civil as it is.  A huge hats off to all the moderators and the moderator in chief.  It is lousy to be at the receiving end of a an immature rant and reaction.  Know that I and every one who enjoys this site truly appreciate the time and sweat you put into keeping a bunch of rough woodsmen in line.

Although I don't always agree with what you do (usually when it involves messing with my posts) I certainly respect what you do. This here site is yours and it is ours.  Do whatever needs to be done to keep it civil, sane, and a great place to visit.

been on this site for like 3 years i think and 4000 members earlier and they've said it all this site it top notch quality

I have grown to love this site...for the info, fellowship and pride taken to host such a site and to manage it they way you do.
How can we help, or prepare ourselves to block this threat>

I like the place...it's stable; and the topics generally stay on course.  
That's due to a wonderful combination of respectful members (for the most part) and effective moderation.  I think I'll stay.

WOW, I was lost for a bit there, doing chores and attending my afternoon class I was like whaaa, lol.  

I have never, and probably will never be a moderator of anything, WAY too much work, lol.  So I am ever more grateful for the folks that DO have the patience to deal with problems when they arise.  I've been on sites where the mods have no patience and there solution is to just kick off anyone that crosses them the wrong way.  

Here that is not the case, it seems that some serious buttons have to be pushed in order to be kicked off . . . so for that I applaud you guys!  Thanks for not only keeping things under control but doing so in a fair and just way!

I want to Thank Terry and all the mods that keep this site a place I want to be. No problems with jerks. Keep it civil you here, if not your gone. If you miss what that person had to say, go to any of the other sites and he will probaly still be there speading his crap.
Keep up the good work, this is the only site I hold any faith in, the other I watch just to see who they are feeding on today.
