My wife says its her lucky day! I managed to win both pieces of fine art in the auction.

I told her she could keep them on her side of the room...lol

I think its my lucky day... I have a wonderful trophy wife(we celebrated 26 yrs together on 6/2/2010) and a new-to-me Howard Hill Tembo today!

Yeah but I was gonna mention it on a different thread so as not to take away from my wife and my Hill bow..lol

I am really happy to have won the bid on it. I have some youngsters that will enjoy shooting it. There are also a few adults just learning that it will work great for too.

Congrats Mudd on all. I too celebrate a milestone this weekend. 6/14 will be 25 years for my Wife and I. 5/18 was 25 years with Christ. Amen,RC.

Congratulations, Mudd!  My wife and I celebrated our 46th last week.  I got a keeper too--she says I can have as many bows as I want (and can afford to pay for) as long as she is the only woman in my life--no problem with that as I could never find another one like her.
The years accumulate on old friendships like tree rings, during which time a kind of unspoken care and loyalty accrue between men.

Congrats Mudd I had my 10yr on 6/3.Now about that art you won I do need your addy and watch out for any surprise vacations to Georgia...LOL.Your house will be filled with the ladies,they will make great centerpieces for the bridge games.

Hahaha ! The only bridge games around here involve a bow with a reel attached to it and a fiberglass arrow with a string attached to it..lol
