Need arrow advise

I need arrows but not sure about the size. bow is 70# @ 32" recurve. I shoot split finger. Need to know size for carbon,aluminum,and wood.

Wow!  You are going to need a lot of spine for that set up.  What is your depth of shelf cut and are you drawing that whole 32 inches?

Big John, I can figure you try aluminums 2419 at 32" long assuming you actually draw 31", with 150 point up front.  Carbons difficult to figure out because of heavy poundage you need to add weight to any carbon to get your GPP up.  However when you add weight to the tip, you weaken the spine, and if you make them shorter to stiffen the spine, they will be too short for you. Maybe try the weight tubes with carbons and choose the stiffest arrow such as 3 rivers trad only 300 carbon arrows. Hope this helps.
