Shocking they had to pull the plug on this bow.

Should have got a "hybrid" that uses both electricity and fossil fuels.

I had to go get a drink too, Svein. The more I drink, the punnier it gets! I heard that it never made it to the general market because they had to charge too much. Bowfishing became terribly expensive, as it required a second boatman with a spare power source. Nobody wanted to be saddled with a salt and battery charge.

Plus you needed this:   :jumper:

Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

Do you need a voltage meter to check the poundage?

And it has it's own draw check, if you draw too far it trips the breaker.

I designed one last winter.  I was planning on starting Ohm-I Archery Inc.  With the first (and flagship) model being called the "Kilowatt".

Accuracy was a major concern that kept lumen around.

Arrows would arc and either ground out or flashover.

Personally, I blamed Impedance.

(Best I got, sorry.  Original post got me pretty good though).

This post definetly transformed my day and generated a lot of interest! Even my tulip bulbs lit up when I read it to them. Guess they got a charge out of it! You may have to explain it to the Ohio boys, they are not very bright and it may take a nuclear event to get a reaction out of them. OK, I'm DUNN!
