In most cases my hunting and target arrows weigh the same and most of them (different bows) fall 8.5 - 9 gpp I like the balance of speed and arrow weight.

45lb recurve, 500+ grain arrows.  It's maybe impossible to find 1916 arrows anymore, so I'm shooting longer 2016's out of my bow.  They are pretty heavy for that bow; might try the CE 90's as some are saying they fly great from bows in this weight class.

it's running again, 475 now... I simply KNOW we can hit the 500.....
