So next up was a tough shot on a bear through the trees....again this is not the course shot...but who would want to do that...hmmm

Three shots at the wolf. Getting hard to see at 30 yards for me....not trying to make excuses but since I had my cataract surgery on my dominant eye they matched the lense to my other eye which has a cataract starting. So my vision isn't up to snuff at 30 yards if I really want to pinpoint a shot.



Have to look into some one vision contacts or something.

Realy cool bow and some good shooting .

Thanks thumper....the bow is awesome...my shooting will improve I am sure.

I think I am shooting pretty well for the first night though.

SOme fine tuning with the right string will help lots and some time in the field.

Like Fred Asbell says when asked how good can a person shoot..." how well can you concentrate" that is the key and sometimes I don't really HONE IN...

SO I guess my acs is ready now - going to get it shipped to Layton Perry in Montana cause it won't get here on time.

Figure this one out....BW sends me 56" string for a 58" bow...honest mistake we went back and forth about the length a few times.

GET THIS..my ACS I was going to cancel due to some other reasons but I guess I will keep it....

GUESS WHAT THE LENGTH IS?

AMAZING how things work out...just be nice to have a recurve and a longbow in my life again.

This is the one that disappeared.  Just do a search for "acs" during the past 5 days on the Powwow board and it will be there.  Not sure why or how it disappeared.
