If I understood the answer.. I need to be honest with myself about how much I can draw and comfortably hold during hunting situations.

I'll need to figure this one out. Any suggestions on the "How to"?

The road to "Sherwood" makes for an awesome journey.

get up at 4am on a hopefully freezing morning, dress and get yer gear together, brace up the bow, trudge outside into the cold and do some make believe hunting on the ground and up a tree stand... no cheating, come to full draw, hold a second, and make all good shots.

each of us needs to answer the question of how much holding weight we can master under realistic field conditions.  for me, at my age and abilities, 55# is nice 'n' comfy with a mohawk.
