and it had a real nice T-shirt, bowstringer, and a big bubble wrap stick in it.

There must be something under all that bubble wrap because it's hard.  Here it is!

Chasing my kids and my degree for now but come next fall the critters better look out.  ;)

Kenneth

Nice camo and nice soft material, but there is still something else in there.

What's this?

Looks like Ziricote riser with Dalmation Ebony stripe!

Okay I'm not much of of a story teller so here's the specs and rest of the pics.  Big Jim Buffalo bow 60" 51#@28"  Ziricote riser with Dalmation Ebony stripe and Dalmation ebony limb veneers.  Overlays on the belly I had Jim make special for me.  He cut the deer tracks in the white phenolic and layed it over Gaboon.  I couldn't be happier with this bow!!!  It is absolutely beautiful and just like all of Jim's bows it is one heck of a shooter!!!  Thanks a million for putting up with me and building me the finest bow I've ever laid my hands on Jim!!!  My hat is off to you sir!   :notworthy:

This is what I looked like with the bow this evening.    :archer2:       :D

Thanks guys!  Jim is truly an artist and his bows shoot every bit as good as they look!

Archery isn't something I do, it's who I am!
The road to "Sherwood" makes for an awesome journey.

Cool bow Kenny. Are you going to Compton's? I would love to see that bow in person!

Mike,  I just moved down to NC so I won't be making it to Comptons.  If you're ever down this way though you're more than welcome to stop by and fling some arrows.

Very nice!  Big Jim is only 45 minutes from my house.  So far i have resisted going to see him.  Pictures like these don't help!  Beautiful combination of woods!

Randy,  I wish I lived that close to him!  Actually it's probably better that I don't since I kept changing things up on him and telling him all my great ideas for wood combo's; I'd probably be wearing that bow as a neck tie if I lived close to him!   :biglaugh:
