What strings do you guys like for your A&H. Are the strings that come with the bow any good.

I need to get a couple strings and was just wondering if the one's from A&H are good or should I look elsewhere. Thank you.

I like 6 or 8 strand 8125 from recurves.com-made by Chad, he makes a really good string.

I picked up my ACS used and I shoot 6 strand 450+ and a 8 strand D97,they were 53# and 57#.Both strings performed fine,but most all low stretch strings will perform fine with an ACS.

I use the strings they sell. Larry would'nt sell them if they were'nt the best for his bows. Great all around string. They have a new "skinny" string for bows under #50 on the website              

The A&H strings are fine.  I make my own strings, when I got my new ACS, I still used the stock string - very well made.  H

Yep.  Their strings are very good.  Both my bows came with padded loop 12-strand D-97.  I also make my own strings, but so far they've served in a back up capacity because the originals still look and perform good.

I like the SBD strings they sell on their web site.  I picked one up in the 8-strand variety and love it.  Best looking string I've ever seen!  Thanks, Pierre!!

Consider building a continuous loop jig and building your own strings (directions can be found on this website). My 55# 64" ACS CX likes 8 strands of Ultra Cam.

I have had real good performance with a 12 strand TS-1+ String.....I pad the loops with an extra 6 strand of the same material.....
