Sharpening Broadheads, going over my pack list, Shooting from a stool to a target close to the ground, going over plans with hunting partners. The trip is just around the corner (leaving on April 3rd) Meeting Curtis on the 5th of April for a week of Hog hunting with my close friend Redan60/65 and Kevin. I have been waiting for this trip since last year. This will be a trip to remember, life is good. Been past the area we are going to hunt a couple of times on my way to the Ranch in Fredericksberg Texas. Still room for more Hunters...

Sounds like you will have a blast. Fredricksburg has some pretty country and has had quite of bit of rain in the hill country so it will be nice and green.

At least the snow should be done by the time your group goes!

You probably won't have the time, but being retired Navy (thank you for your service by the way) you would really enjoy the (Admiral Chester)Nimitz Museum in downtown Fredricksburg. Go if you get the chance. Jim
