I shoot a 125 grain broadhead.I have a few 100 grain I would like to use on turkeys this coming weekend.Do you think there will be a problem?I am shooting 41# with a 2016.My shots will all be no more than ten to twelve yards.

It all depends on just how close you are to the spine limits of your arrows.  You didn't mention your draw length - long or short ?
Do you have your arrows bare-shaft tuned to your bow ?  If you have a good set-up that will bare shaft perfect - you can make some point weight changes - and these will be corrected by the feathers somewhat.

Since you are using aluminum 2016's - is there any way you can screw on 1 of the 100 grain broadheads and make a few test shots ?  If not, you could try some 100 grain field points, and get a rough idea of what will happen - although no guarantees that the broadhead will fly the same as the field point.

What are the 100 grain broadheads you intend to use ?

Since you intend to make short shots it may work.
But there is no good substitue for testing.

If you're using glue on heads.....you can get weighted adaptors of just about any weight....and make up the diff. in overall head weight.

I'd chance dropping 25gr., shooting targets.  I wouldn't, hunting, without re-tuning.

How well does you set up shoot 100 gr arrow points, why downgrade if you have 125's

These were just some broadheads I had around.I'll just go buy some 125's and make sure there is no problems.

If you hit the turkey, any of those broadheads will work.  Worry about hitting the turkey.  H
